At Lily Blanche, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Lily Blanche gift box and use the provided protective outer mailing materials.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
